Returns Policy

We here at This Craft or That want you to be happy and satisfied with your order, so if you are not, we will refund your money as long as the product is returned within 90 days of purchase, minus the return shipping.  Any yarn must be in its original form, not wound/caked up or worked into a project.  Unless there is damage found when winding.  Any damaged products can be returned for a full refund, including return shipping within 90 days.
